Every Squish Street order ships free with tracking included.

As soon as your order leaves, we email you a tracking link. It comes from the same address as your order confirmation, so if you can't find it, check your promotions or spam folder first. That's where it usually is.

Tracking not moving yet? Give it 48 hours. A tracking number is created the moment a label is printed, and it often sits quiet for a day or two before the first scan. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Timings: orders leave within 1–2 business days, and US orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after that.

Ordering for Halloween? Order by October 8 to be safe.

Still stuck? Email customer.helpdesk.team1@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it down. A real person reads it, and we reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
